Email

For all email designs, I oversaw copy and layout. In addition to the overall design, I would strategize, segment and deploy for all email programs. At Watches of Switzerland a copywriter would review and update copy as needed and a UX designer created the initial design based on my guidance. When I took over these programs, we saw immediate growth in both open and click rates. At Evenflo, we had an agency focused on design and copy based on briefs I submitted for each and every email.

Website

For website designs, I created the briefs that drove the design of web pages. I also developed and implemented merchandising strategy for Evenflo.com, which aided in the growth of the website by 200% in one year. In addition to merchandising, growth was seen thanks in part to implementations of a loyalty program and quizzes alongside improvements for affiliate, SEO, performance marketing and lifecycle marketing programs all of which aided in driving traffic to the website which guided the final CVR and overall revenue boost.

Social Media

When taking over the social media marketing program at Evenflo, my goal was to make the brand more approachable and ensure the content was relevant to current platform trends. We made this work by focusing on being nimble and not being afraid to tap into new trends. Here, I oversaw a social media marketing agency who developed much of the content with my assistance when the need would arise based on our content calendar and trends.

Using the hands in social media trend as our inspiration, we developed a video in a day that embraced the trend and showcased a new product from Evenflo - the Pivot Troop Travel System.
